The •YOU•NIQUE• Program is for those of you who’ve already fulfilled themselves in career/business (motherhood counted!) but feel that «something is missing» in their lives: it turned out to be «not exactly what you’ve dreamt about», and you feel hopeless to change it in fear of losing what you already got. What you look for is fulfilment of your deep desires and lifetime dreams that you’ve put aside while your daily life was happening.

We will work together for 9 weeks (with the possibility of extended support) on the following:

picturing your «perfect life» and uncovering three main spheres/issues that need improving. We’ll take a zoomed-in look at your dreams & desires and why it’s important for you to have them/be that way.

revising your mindset (belief system) in each of those spheres of your life, and understanding when, how, and why those limiting beliefs were formed. Those limiting beliefs will then be removed from your subconscious, promptly and efficiently.

installing an upgraded version of your thoughts (mindset upgrade), so you can feel, respond, and act differently in situations you struggle with today

working through & breaking the connection with your past traumatic experiences to show you that transforming your life is possible

connecting with your future self/higher self (also known as your intuition or higher consciousness) to access 24/7 support from your “internal life coach”

balancing your energy and connecting to «higher powers». Your energy connects with the Universe, bringing unwavering trust in yourself and a feeling of constant support and protection

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The 9-week •YOU•NIQUE• Program includes weekly Zoom meetings (1-2h) starting with a Welcome Session where I will gather some basic information about you in order to work through the program.

During our main hypnosis sessions (weeks 1, 4, and 7), we’ll go back in time and investigate memories of past events that created the blocks & issues we previously uncovered during your Welcome Session.

You’ll gain a new perspective on the past events that formed your false beliefs, gain a better understanding of what happened, and give those events a new meaning.

After each hypnotic session, your upgraded thoughts will be included in a 15-minute bespoke hypnotic recording to quickly embed your upgraded mindset. It is recommended you listen to the recording daily in between our sessions.
